I have a set of kimpex pro idlers that are 5.63. I read thru all the posts on replacing the stock idlers and most are using 5.25. Will that extra 1/4 inch put too much stress on the mounts or rail? Or shouldn't it be a big deal?

I think the biggest I would go is what ever the size of the Excell X factor wheels are ( 135.8mm )...they have been proven to work with no issues....your work out to be 143mm...too big imo and may put stress on the rails.

X2. I for sure would not go any larger than the X wheels....

Crap, thats what I was kinda thinking. Oh well there goes the cheap fix. Guess I will decide between smb and x wheels. Shadow, super sled thanks for your info as always. :rocks:

This is kinda off topic but is it ok to use just the two inside wheels instead of the three what do the extra two do
