Yes it is.
With the 1254 on there, most likely it is a helix from a clutch kit. Normally when you buy a specific helix from Dalton it will have the angles engraved on it, such as 53/47.
With clutch kits the ID # will be in code. This is primarily to prevent someone from copying their clutch kit, which is understandable since clutch tuners will usually spend hours and hours developing a specific clutch kit.
