For a stock RX-1 Mt 151
Primary, 89-A weights at 54.9 grams of weight. Spring YC-Y
Secondary, silver spring at 70 degrees, Multiangle helix 44/36.
Gearing, 20-40
main jets 127.5
Pilot 17.5 I believe, what it came with stock.
Drop the needle 1 step from stock set up.
It has been awhile since I was stock but I think this will get you running pretty good.

warrior set up for Big Horns
I generally ride in the black Hills of South Dakota(6000-8000ft). Last year I ran stock and did not change the jetting or clutching. However I had planned too until I discussed it with a mechanic and another guy that told me not to bother because they had both been running in the Big Horns (a higher elevation)w/ stock jetting and clutching. This year I put K&N Filters on and had to jet up. I would strongly recomend Simmons ski's for the deep snow and other modifications to lighten your sled if you have not already.

Terry,
I too have a Warrior and am headed to the Big Horns this weekend, I called Tom Hartman From Hartman Inc. I picked up his custom kit that included new weights and primary spring also a new secondary spring and helix set to your weight. I also have been told not to do anythything with the jetting on this sled. I can sure post when I get back so you will have an idea how the set up works.

What is your Jetting now? Stock jetting was too rich and the sled would bog down after it got warmed up.
It has been very warm in Wyoming for this time of year, I would strongly recomend a shut off valve for your antifrezze to your carbs.

:? I will change from #135 main jet to #127 main jet , turn 1 and 1/2 screw pilot screw and I should not change about 23 top gear /38 bottom gear , primary clutch and secondry clutch as standard for Big Horn, Wyo? and I will install off- on value coolant to carb heater and buy C & A Pro or Simmon skies too.
Thank you for help.
