Shouldn't be spiking nearly that bad at all. Thats a major leak.
I'd be pressure checking it and fixing up those clamps Hurricane was talking about behind the throttle body also.

This is on a climb, track had bite then slip then bite then slip and so on .
Basically data log is showing loading and unloading of motor due to traction.
Here's a moment of good loading .

both of the Sidewinders i ride with with Max16 and 3 bar are close to same as what you are finding. they are both about 17.5 and about 120mph. my max 16 2bar with header was 16.5-16.6 on a very long WO shot on ITS 86 between Littleton and Oxbow last weekend I walked the other 2 by a lot. i did not have gps but speedo was on 128-129 for quite a distance.Well this week I can confirm my 3 bar max 16 tune runs 17.7 -17.9 WO for a long ways, and holds it,seeing 119 gps trail speed. Just got back from a 3 day ride to the county and yes to around 17.5 boost on both of our Max Soopl 16 3bar w/ BOV!
Trails in our starting spot (Patten) were icy fast and flat, and by the time we got to Oxbow the trail conditions changed dramatically with all snow base without ice.
Madawaska area looks like they are still in the middle of winter and got another 7” Friday.
Sounds like that header really adds some power to that Max Spool 16 2 bar!
Would love that extra power if I rode those beds more but I already find mine to be a handful on what many call the twisties, especially those county field, high rate of speed twisties.
Man you really have me questioning why I do need that header upgrade!!
Pics are of 105 rrbed, and field pics are caribou and Sinclair areas!

We maintained 105 on our speedo on 105 for a long ways getting to Caribou for lunch on Thursday!! But the fields are more fun, and wow do they have those.

Pics do not really show what the eye sees on those rolling field trails nor the rrbed pics!
should have stopped at different spots for much better depiction of both type trails, but I was lucky we stopped at all! Usually stopped at intersections to decide where to next, rather then picking the best photo op spots!

Hi JPS,thats awsome speeds on that RR bed,for any tune i bet your gps would have been close to 122 or 123 it seems the faster the sleds goes past 100 the further off the speedo vrs gps appears, but no matter if you have stock 21/41 gears you may have been darn near maxed out,and i sure wish i had a chance to get that speed with mine winder. The winder that you can reel in what pressure does his sled see? It would seem if all things were equeal, that the winder with 16.6 would not be able to pull by one at 17.5 psi,but who knows,i guess anything is possible.both of the Sidewinders i ride with with Max16 and 3 bar are close to same as what you are finding. they are both about 17.5 and about 120mph. my max 16 2bar with header was 16.5-16.6 on a very long WO shot on ITS 86 between Littleton and Oxbow last weekend I walked the other 2 by a lot. i did not have gps but speedo was on 128-129 for quite a distance.

you are right, i was on 105 from the junction of 90 above Portage to Van Buren and its like the autobonPics do not really show what the eye sees on those rolling field trails nor the rrbed pics!
