I was reluctant to use the little wheels, seems to me the the rpms they turn at that they just wouldn't last long so my dealer suggested the use of a wheel kit for VK. I just finished the RAP tour (600 or so miles) with a lot of road running. After the initial burn in on new sliders they stayed at the same level for the trip. Even when I was sure that the sliders had to be melting, the sled just kept coasting. One interesting thing I noted was that the track cleared the slider by about 1/4" with the wheels on the inside and outside. Note: I told them I wanted the spoked wheels not the solid ones.
