oil
Change it as soon as the snow is gone. I intend to put mine away ready to ride. Clean oil, chaincase..etc, Stable in gas. I like to start it every couple of weeks. This moves verything around so if there is any deposits dirt, water, crud anywhere, engine, shafts, bearings, it doesnt just sit and fester... moves the track and wheels so there are no flatened spot on wheels or track. I may change the oil again in the fall but not the filter.
I imagine someone will tell me this is wrong but this is what I also did with all my 2 strokes. Never had a bearing fail or dirty carb.
Plus its nice to just hear the sound
PS: Be sure and check all your wheels for bad bearings (or just the seal, bearing may not be bad yet). I just did a track swap and found the left jackshaft bearing was going with only 3300miles. I also have a sligtly bent wheel and one with a failing seal.. I think the early season low snow riding took its toll...
