Where did the post go with all the Nytro complaints?

I've told my dealer I wasn't happy back in December

My dealer knows I wasn't happy back in Dec.
I had many complaints.
I even told him the 08 was a hazzard to any young rider with no experience.
I've had to pay very close attention to this FX Nytro when riding.
It's thrown me off and scared a few of my buddies too.
I never let anyone try it who didn't have some years of experince.
We all now call it the widowmaker.

Only after 1000kms I got used to the fact that it was an intense ride and had to ride it like I was going to kill it before I got over the fact that it will pitch me off at any given momment.
I'm in my early 40s quite fit and riding sleds since I was a kid.
Say whatever... The 08 needs work.
Yamaha knows it and they fixed the 09 in a hurry.

Here's the thing.
Yamaha knew I was riding a unstable 08 machine in early Dec.
As the 09 must of been well along the way to the big front end fix.
Heck, re-tooling and such takes time and the 09 xtx is launched early.

So where do we stand?
Guys are saying if your front end is tweaked.
Yamaha will warrenty fix it, yes or no?
Do they put on an 09 sub frame hence all the other 09 parts that fit?
So where does that put all the guys with a sub frame that did not tweak?
Stuck riding a scary machine?
Or do we just trade it in and let all the dealers fight with Yamaha for a fix.

Heck, I bought a Yamaha this year for the re-sale value of a 4-stroke and it seems the Yamaha's are (were?) holding thier value.
I bet I get screwd by this whole mess.
No one will want my 08 FX Nytro without an upgrade.
Not even the dealers.
If Yamaha does nothing... Watch them drop from $10,000 to $5000 in 2 years. Seriously... its a mess for all involved.
Just look at the first year Polaris Fusion 900 as and eg.
You can still find them in the crates.
