WHere does the washer go?

When you take off your secondary clutch and there is a washer behind it. DOes that washer go all the way to where the bearing are or does it stay right the back of the clutch?

I think I got it,I didn't put the clutch all the way in so it goes flush 2 the bearings then you tighten it down. Now how tight should I make it? Snug it or tighten it to where you can no longer tighten it anymore. I dont have a torque wrench so I hope it isn't a problem

The secondary bolt gets torqued to 46 ft./lbs. Most people tend to over tighten when they don't have a torque wrench. Use a short ratchet(around 5"-6") and tighten as much as you can, that should get you close.

It seems 2 b when I tighten it the clutch doesnt move back n forth. Before I did this it moved back n forth why would it do that? I am 95% sure im not making it 2 tight but i know thts not tight. Also there is 2 washer 1 thick 1 thin behind the clutch it self right? That goes on 1st then the clutch then the shaft with the sleeve n all the washers

make sure one of the spacers (washers) are not catching on the clutch lip

No its not,the clutch was then I seen I had to spin it to get it 2 go all the way back,But if you push your clutch up and down when your looking at the sled it moves. When I tighten up the bolt to tight it doesn't do that. But im 95 % sure thats not the problem it has to be something else

is # 5 just look like a thicker washer? Because there is a thin washer then a thicker shim

According to Port Yamaha that thing that looks like gets screw one says its the bearing housing but I never took no bearing housing off. When you take off the clutch what exactly comes out after you pull it off? only thing came off mine is a thin n thick washer

Ad as far as the sleeve n everything mine goes big bolt,really thick washer, thin washer, very thin washer then the sleeve. That isn't showing me the samething in above picture and I took it out and never took the sleeve off so I know for a fact I didn't mix this up. What the hell is going on lol
