WHere does the washer go?

Yamaha adds or subtracts shims for each sled depending on what that particular sled needs. The first thing that goes on the bare jackshaft is the thick washer. If it has a concave side the concave goes toward the bearing. Next goes the thicker shims, then the clutch. Last goes the thinner shims and then the bolt washer. Make sure the outer shims, the ones next to the bolt washer, aren't pinched between the bolt washer and the collar. They need to move freely over the collar.
