The part # is 8FA-14623-00-00 times 4 for exhaust pipe gaskets. You will probably have to order these from a local Yamaha dealer. They are about $20+ each in Canada. They are half of that in the states. When our dollar is strong I do my Christmas shopping for Yammi parts in the states, and pick them up there while my wife is shopping elsewhere, that way we are both happy.

Remember there are other exhaust connections under the tunnel... it could very well be those.
I took my exhaust apart, and at 6600km they were still alright.... But I am replacing them anyway. I ended up wrecking the two bolts that hold the y pipes up... and ended up removing that entire bracket to extract them. Here I am with the sled all apart waiting on parts from my local dealer for 3 weeks already... and we almost have enough snow to do a few test runs.

there is a gasket at the head (engine) there is the donuts at flex pipes to the the y pipes and there is the y pipe to the 2 into one pipe that goes to the muffler
if you are good with tools 15 minutes should have the seat off fuel tank out and the exhaust off

Check some links to Rockerdan. I used his instructions 2 years ago and man did it go smooth. Illustrations and everything.

Here's a link...it can also be your "Y" pipes (headers) that are CRACKED or at the centre junction the "Y" part to your rear exhaust tend to sag and CRACK due to lack of support.

What bolts snapped??? I recently did my donuts, but the two buttion head allen bolts that hold the y pipes up didn't hold up and I rounded the holes.... Drilled the heads off(frigging hard bolts, destroyed my drill bit!!!) and yeah all in all it took a couple hours, and a bit of frustration because I didn't have anyone to help rivet the brackets back up on there. Got the rest of my suspension bushings yesterday and it took about 3 hours to put the rear skid back in and the front back in.... looks like a sled again... almost.
