So I just replaced exhaust donuts with copper ones and put rags over exhaust. The sled almost completely stalls out but does not. New donuts not sealing? Should it stall shut off completely with rags over exhaust?.

when i do exh dounuts, i always make sure the clamp does not turn on the pipe when i am installing the new ones. last one i did had to be filed on the clamp stopper twice before they quit turning and the flanges where good.

I always file the clamps about .040 so they will pull tight and help seal as well as never rotate.
