I have a set of 162" stock Apex rails I'd like machined/lightened similar to the Ice Age rails and anodized or powder coated black.....who is a member that can do this in the states and ship them back in a timely manner.....cheap? They will be used with a KMOD suspension.

Why not check with Ice Age? They should be setup for just this kind of thing. But with setup and programming you may find new rails can be had for the about the same price.

Well Ice age is in Canada and shipping is horrible to Canada from Alaska. This is why I'd hoped I could find a member in the US with capabilities who would do it on the side. Setup and programming isn't that difficult and there would be no aluminum cost so it would have to be cheaper! Anyone else....have idea's?

Ice Age is almost in Canada. It's in Roseau Minnesota. With a good arm you can throw rocks into Canada from there.
