I never have any clean, straight snow flap plates as most are bent and mangled so I created my own to sell.
Our plates are twice as thick as the oem plates and laser cut for exact fit every time.
They also are shorter, so the plate doesn't have the leverage to bend as easily as the factory plate.
In addition I put a bend on them to angle the flap back farther. This puts the flap tip farther away from the track and also increases ground clearance which decreases the chances of it getting sucked into the track when backing up.
Retail for the OEM plates is around $44. Our plates will retail for $35 and include the rivets to secure the plate to tunnel and the rivets to secure the flap to the plate. These are in stock now and will be added to the website soon.

Great idea Travis. I bent mine out a couple years ago and so far so good but I know all it will take is one back up incident to screw everything up again.
When I am unloading my sled, I have to walk it off in order for the flap not to catch the ground. Will your bracket eliminate the need for having to do that?

Our snow flap plates will add approximately 1.75 " of additional clearance under the snow flap compared to the stock bracket. Will check my drawings to see how far it moves flap away from the the track.

Great idea. I had a buddy that dug a hole so deep with my vector and insisted on trying to reverse out of it, only to continually back over the flap and tearing it to shreds and splitting the aluminum plate.
