Or you can replace with OEM bushings. Think there is like 24 bushings all together for the front end (between the bulkhead and A-arm bushings) which will cost like $50-60. Throw in another $10 for the four spindle bushings.

Ya, you can go with the cheap Yamaha factory ones and have to do them every year or spend more and be set for at least several seasons. Guess it depends on how often you want to take your front end apart.

AHhh..the guy above me is full of it!! just kiddin Dave. It is true though. I have taken the front end of my sled apart before the season starts (for inspection) since I had the sled. And lubed everything up before reassembly.
I have an '07 with 4,300 miles. Only had to replace 1 bushing, due to being bad. I just keep everything lubed up and have had no issues. Took everything apart again last month for inspection and they are all still good. Lubed em up, put it back together. Maintenance and proper lubrication is the key to longevity.
If you are not into doing that, get the Oil-lite bushings, which are more $$, but you dont have to worry about for a couple years.

For the difference in money, and your time doing them again more often, buy the Oilite kit from Ulmer...everything fit nice and tight.
