Why do Rx-1/Apex like to throw #3 Rod out?

I have a 07 apex was bone stock, 700km on sled almost lady driven lol, threw # 1 right through the block as well. took back to stealer, they told me i did not have a clue what i was talking about and apexs dont throw rods, and i must have done something wrong.. i was on the trail, no oil light no nothing just sounded like a belt was flying apart, was doing 40km/hr and not whiping it at all.. long story short new long block from japan. but no one ever heard of this issue. everyone to date say that it is impossible

i personally know of two rx1 05 that threw rods one had 800miles the other had 3500 miles both rod failures were the same as the rod pictured. The sled with 800 is my dads we looked at the parts from both failed engs the evidence pointed to assembly defect at the factorie. the point to my storie is it is a mechcanicall device with a variety ofmanufactured parts there is always a potencial for failure.
