I can't imagine having to turn this thing over when cold. Had a problem with the electric start once, only because my 4 yr old left the key turned on. Oops. Had to jump start her with the old cables.

Hey they even removed the kick start from the Harley and it is crude to say the least compared to the RX1. :ORC

Why not an air starter and supply a bicycle pump and mount an airtank on the back. Used to work at the mine for the big equipment. Couldn't add more than 500#. :ORC

If you're comparing it to an RX1, then YEAH!
I don't own a cadillac, but *if anyone knows where to get naked girl snow flap for RX1, let me know..?*

you can get just the chrome naked lady siloette from most truck stops. Mount it laying on the YAMAHA on the snow flap.

No disrespect but you guys are really showing your age..... I have had sportbikes since about 1988 and we havent had kickstarts on them since about 1975 or so except for maybe Harleys and they are technology challenged LOL. and I cant imagine after fixing my dirtbike kickstart all of the extra crap you would need to get it to function.

Smart azz young punks
You can roll or push start a standard bike.
Us "Old guys" had to do that all the time with our standard transmission cars back in the dark ages.
Lets see you young virile boys push start an RX1.
Make sure you post the video.
Youth and enthusiasm doesn't have a chance against OLD AGE & TREACHERY

LOL Riceburner I dont think clutch will engage to let you push it but if it would I could get say 10 friends to help push start it. Would be a funny video though wouldnt it ?????

Why not have an optional lever on the primary clutch to force engagement under push-start conditions? Then all you need is a bulldozer to get it moving.
