Greetings once again - I just can't stand the over cushy seat on my 2012 Vector LTX any longer. Before I buy a 2006 Nytro seat, I just want to make sure it will fit. Please advise!

Yes but the tail light and wire ends are different, not a big deal though.

Go with an Apex RTX seat and you'll be all set.

Thanks guys. I pulled the seat and decided to take it to an upholstery specialist to get new, firmer foam and a a couple of inches to the height. I do not know why they made the Vector seats so soft that they just sag and become extremely uncomfortable.

Good thing you didn't buy an 06 seat because it will not fit the EPS vector.
The EPS vector has a different gas tank that is taller. To compensate the seat base is a different shape.
