I LOVE my black tunnel, unfortunetly it looks like crap. I do not have time to remove it and powder coat (2 jobs, wife, baby coming, etc)
I was thinking of taking to a body shop, is there a paint that will hold up better if a pro paints it? What do they use on alumin boats they seem to hold up from water, sand, and trailer bunks and rollers etc??
Paint guru's educate me
Also what would yoy pay for a auto body paint job on the tunnel?

- Which one? I have 6
Not a paint guru but when i painted my tunnel i got some self etching primer to cover the aluminum and then I used a can of BLACK DUPONT BUMPER PAINT. generally lasts a good 3-4000 mile season. Only have to touch it up in the Fall to give a fresh look. only wears near the boot area but so do most factory painted tunnels.
