Will this newer Apex nose bag fit?

For anyone that has installed this bag - I understand I need to rotate the ground wire downward, but it talks about rotating the actual electrical box in there too (in the instructions). Doesn't seem like it needs to. Any advice?

Thanks

With a little McGyvering, you can stuff lots of goodies in the nose area. I have jumper cables tucked down in the bottom of the nose and still have room for 4 beers stuffed in gloves or heavy socks and mine is a 15. Beer stays nice and cold vs the trunk.

Start the snow dance!

Cheers

That's too funny! I would bet the front end bounces less than the trunk as well. Gotta minimize the foam whenever possible. I may have to move my tow rope and jumper cables to the trunk! Or use my saddlebags more.

Not to hyjack this thread too far, but I also saw some small gas cans at the Harley dealership this week, that were shaped and designed for the Harley saddlebags. I would bet they would fit in the Yamaha luggage real well. Are those bags weight rated? I may have to find out who makes those cans. A pair could be very handy!!
