Wire harness Recall!

Yesterday the wife was called by the Yami dealer stating that there is a recall on her 07 Phazer FX. They said it was a wire harness that if not fixed could cause the sled to catch fire. Has anyone heard of this recalland if so is it hard to do or does the dealership have to install it. Thanks.

its a service bulletin.. not a recall! i may be wrong and same with my local Yammi dealer when I asked him about a wire harness recall yesterday and he claimed that Yamaha said nothing about it.
