Super Traps exhaust and K&N jett kit - the more disks you add the larger the exhaust outlet and this causes less back pressure and more noise and more jetting will be required to add more power but you can go to far....so every ATV has the right combo depending on jetting, carburation and air intake.

Did that really wake up your wolverine.I ride sport 4 wheelers,so that 's why I like the wloverine a little more sporty, but my buddies and me do ocasionally go up north mud running and they all have 500 polaris how do you compare.I still can't depart from a 2 wheel drive with a clutch.Lol

We removed the front driveshaft in my sons Wolvie and it is a different machine now. He has a Warn 424 now ready to install. But he likes it so well as a sport, he may not put it on.

I too have a Wolverine. I haven't gone as far with it as Mr Sled but I put a HMF slip on on it, a K&N filter, the Warn 424 on it among other things and it's a totally different machine. Much more low end and keep up with most 500's. I really like it.

We did not remove the entire front diff. We only removed the front driveshaft, u-joints and thier yokes.
He has since installed his 424 device and it is working well.
