witch is better and why thinking of putting a set on my nitro ski and giving them a try also should I go with 4 6 or 8 inch carbide also should I shim the ski rubber tried a set of pilot ski and not liking them

4.5 studboy deuce bars work well with a 3/16" shim under the rear of the ski rubber and toe set 1/2" out. Slight push but predictable.

I put a set of 4 inch doolys on my 09 RTX (stock skis)and they work very well in the trails. I had a set on my 08 Phazer and figured I would try them. I'll buy another when these wear.
