Wow - didn't expect this much wear on XTX torsion spring holders...

This is an 09 Nytro XTX skid that has been run since new in a 03 Mtn Viper. These are the 2nd set and wore a lot more than the 1st ones...

hmm. that same skid in my 11 did that with about 11000 mi on it. using a 12 skid in it atm and has not come close yet to wearing them out yet but they did move the wheel off of where the spring mounts. mine wore the rail where that mounts up and i was torquing the bolts for those wheels too.

probably about 6000 miles on the skid and have gone through 2 sets.

Mine were worn through at 15k km on the GT. I didn't have any replacements so I put in a pair of round ones from an MP skid. Works like a charm and easier to install the spring. I just ground down the boss for the extra idler wheel.

I can grab pics if needed but this is from the microfiche. You would need everything from #33-39 minus #36 idler wheel. The spring rests on #34.

Rummaging around in my used parts I found a set in good condition. Is it bad that I have no recollection of where these came from? I am betting from Travis at barnofparts, but no recall whatsoever.
