Had this seat for over 2k trail miles this season. The first 200 or so were a little painful till we got broke in. Sat on my buddy's 2012 without the seat and it felt way too low. Yes you do need to be active and hang off at times, but I'd never go back. Now I want to try the steering relocate again. I had taken it off before I got the seat since it didn't feel good to me. I think it may work good now.
