Spacers are not hard to install. They are tapered and you will have to "work" them on. Few "sodas" and on they go.
Stuckless, you ever head over to the west coast, let me know. Be happy to take you for a run into the hills.

Should be able to get them through any shop that deals in Kimpex stuff.
And yes to the person who asked, there is a 3 position clicker available.

BombaPolaYama, Just wondering what setting you are running your x clickers on? Ordered from Kimpex today. BTW Kimpex has lots of Yamaha Clear but Blue Yamaha is limited. Still waiting for my Arrow Ski's hopefully get them soon.

I tried them on the 3rd setting first but still bottomed out with a passenger on; so I just adjusted them to the 4th setting last night but haven't tried them yet. Seems like there is a big difference between 3 and 4 so hopefully it works w/o putting too much strain on the spring!

Did you buy this because of your seat jack?
I'm wondering if I need it.

Sorry, don't quite understand your question.hearnoevil said:Did you buy this because of your seat jack?

Not really a seat jack on the VL as they are built for two-up riding with the extra seat included. But yeah, it is because of the extra weight of two-up riding in my case that I'm trying them. I know some guys use these on Phazers as well and only need them in the 3rd position. (do a search and you will find info on that) What are you riding?
The x-click is a 4- position suspension block made from billet aluminum that gives the ability to put more tension on the spring to reduce the bottoming on harsh bumps.

Sorry, I meant it towards RR, he has a seat jack on his, wonder if it was bottoming out.

Tried the X-clickers on the 4th setting for a two-up ride last night and it didn't bottom as before on the same type of bumps as it did on the the 3rd setting. Hope the springs hold up.CLARS2006 said:[BombaPolaYama, Just wondering what setting you are running your x clickers on? Ordered from Kimpex today. Another good improvement to the VL.
I have the A-arm bushing on order as well and considering other products. Also, going to try a shim on my ski rubbers next as it seems darting is more of a problem this year for some reason.
hearnoevil,
Got my dealer to order them from Kimpex.
