I've only run this belt on both my apex's since new... love the belt. it is a softer compound, but i have better clutch engagement, less heat, and less belt dust. just changed one out on the 40th 4000 miles and still using as my spare.
i personally like alot

I think it is soft. It holds up well but the stock belt is faster with my clutch kit

hey tdlong98 do you think the 1/2 inch longer is the reason it's not as fast?

The extra length will increase the holeshot if you have proper traction. I still like the 8DN belt because it's hard to beat for its longevity.

Re: belt
Maybe. I did not notice it was longer. I would get 116 mph on the dream o meter vs stock belt I got 124 mph. I might be getting a little slip from 10 to 30 mph with the stock belt too.
