xtx rear shock

Looks like my rear shock is starting to sag, and I'm looking to either replace it or get it refurbished. Question I have is that my buddy has a pretty much brand new fox float 2 shock, and I was wondering if that would fit. Also, can't seem to find a big boy spring on yamaha's site. Does anyone make one? I'm a big guy, and all our trails are ungroomed. Any help?

call ulmer racing he makes the big springs and it will no longer sag
