Xtx Skid removal and install tips?

Hi guys
I pulled my skid out to do the Star kit install and was wondering if there where any tips on making it easier for removal and install of the skid? I took off the torsion springs and the top bolt for the center shock? Hoping for some other tips,any advice would be great thanks!!!

The torsion springs is really all you need to do. Bolt the center shock up BEFORE putting the skid in.
