xtx suspension setup

Hi guys, just picked up a 2011 nytro xtx and want to get a baseline setup for when the snow comes. Ive seen a few posts but they were for the 08 nytro. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also what skis are best, run 80% trail 20 off trail.
