XTX with power bloc clutch hitting rev limiter

I have an 09 xtx that is acting strange. Idles fine and runs well up to approx 7600 rpm, above that it runs like #*$&@, almost like hitting rev limiter. At first thought it was bad gas, dumped that put fresh gas and half a bottle of sea foam, no diff. Going to change plugs out to see if that helps but it idles fine and runs ok at lower rpm ranges. Could it be starving for fuel? Dirty pick up in tank possibly? At a loss.

Sounds like a few guys have had issues with the pickup sensor.

Wouldn't TORS be going off all the time not just at higher RPM?

how clean is the secondary? that thing should be reving 8700 rpm peak. too much weight in pucks?
