Y.E.S. worth it?

499 sounds like a good price its well below retail on it. I work for a dealership and sell YES my self. I would say that i love selling it Yamaha Pays Great. I will say though that regardless If you do buy YES make sure you have copy's of all your maintains. It will come in handy if theres any question. also another thing that i have found from experience. take your sled to the dealer for service a few times. it shows that you care about your Yamaha. if you never take it to the dealer and something happens they're less likely to do any sort of good will. And on the subject of Yamaha US and Yamaha Canada being two different compay's its true. had an issue getting some tunnel protectors for a venture and Yamaha Canada were the only ones that had them.

yep...i take it there atleast once a year for the oil change and go over...not only does it help with the warranty but its also nice to have those things maintained...i grease and take care of my machine, but like u said, bring it in and have the "preventative" maintenance done on it...

I cant remember if i got a card for my yes warranty
