One of the bolts seized up in the y pipe bracket and I ended up snapping the bolt off in the process of trying to get it out. I was going to grind the nut off and weld a new one on, but I can't tell what kind of metal the bracket is made of. It isn't magnetic, so that makes me think it is stainless or titanium... it is definitely not aluminum. Anyone ever trying welding that bracket or know what it is made of?

I removed the bracket on mine completely after I went with stainless pipes. 2yrs and counting, no problems

Bracket is Stainless.
Try using a vice grip on the stud that remains in the bracket. Sometimes they will back out.
If vice grip does not work then just weld something to the broken stud. Most times the heat from welding will free it up.

I drilled through the center of the screw and used an extractor. I can't remember if that worked or if I had to keep going bigger with the hole until it came out but I did get it out and re-tapped eventually without damaging the threads much.

Heat it cherry red and grab what's hanging out below with vise grips and twist it out.
