yamaha 120cc ?

the sno-scoot and sport were really for adults....not marketed towards kids... They do make a perfect kids sled though...

Sounds like Chris Reid of Yam Canada is pushing for Yamaha to get back into this market. My little guy loves his ZR 120. He wishes it was blue tho. So do I.

My son started on a kitty cat then zr120 and still has a cat because of the roots. I think there missing the big picture. Ski doo drop there on think also. What gives?

didnt know that the z120 has a yamaha engine in it,was at a cat -yammi dealer not too long ago and the sales guy showed me

I'm pretty certain ours is Suzuki. It's an 02. Newer ones gets Yammi motor?

Interesting. I was thinking 'why doesn't Yamaha make a light introductory ' sled?

Be 4 stroke with everything else, but put a kick-a## 2 stroke motor into an intro sled.

Yamaha must be below the average 'emissions' requirement.

Bring it on.

Asked same thing at 2012 topic earlier. Wise guys told about bad economy, no markets, out of factorys scoop etc. But i have seen a lot of old snoscoots fixed just because they are Yamahas...

It's probably because there's such a short market for these sleds. Kids grow up so fast and then the used market becomes saturated. They don't make much on them so financially they really not worth producing.
