Is anyone using the Yamaha Coolant Heater to warm up their sled's engine on cold mornings?
I seem to remember a post mentioning this unit wouldn't work in our sleds....

I've had one for several years (not Yamaha one) and it works great. I just found one for an import car with same size hoses at my local auto parts store. Installed it in the hose on right side that goes from heat exchanger to water pump. It's on backside of motor, passes right by oul filter.
Works great. Easier on starter, engine, etc and it obviously warms up quicker. If sled is sitting outside on a zero degF nite, I only need to plug it in for maybe 2 hours. Upon starting it, coolant temp is 75-85 degF.

Thanks, I couldn't see where it could hurt having it, 'just wanted to confirm. ;)!
