Roest skidplate looks good. For anyone with the plastic skidplate, have you tried filling the ribs with a good quality door and window silicone and smooth it out when you reach level. It may take three layers and a good day for each one to set up. It may use a few tubes but it can only help to get rid of some of the snow/ice trap and even give you a little more cushion strength.

i have the skinz float plate and apart from making my own front mount brackets i have never had it fail without sounding a jerk many things can be improved upon just by looking at the product and the issues then engineer summat to cure it. my nytro is better now than when it was new
