How are these skis has anyone tried them im debating these oem acceries ski or the SLP POWDER pros
which ones are a better trail slash deep powder ski
which ones are a better trail slash deep powder ski
I put them on my vector and there awesome. There basically the same design as powder pro's.Some one did a test in all conditions and said the yami moutain ski's are the best.
I have them on my mountain and you will have a very hard time convincing me to take them off. They work well. I am thinking of putting on a set for the wifes 05 shorty.

ski's
you can reuse your carbidesd handles but you need mounting hardware you need a new bushing that goes through your spindle it's a longer one than stock and you get collers that go on the bushing and you can space the ski how ever you want you can adjust your stance narrower than stock or you can go wider.I would call port washginton and he will tell you everything you need.

You will need the 2 new skis, 2 new bolts and 4 collars. You can transfer your handles and carbides and reuse the lock nut from your original skis I would use two new cotter pins why mess with old ones. I am sure my dealer said we could use the original bushings and that the collars made up for the extra width.

Don't forget the 2 bushings also. I'm waiting right now for the hardware to mount mine on my Attak. I hope they work as good as everyone is saying.

I made the change at the beginning of the season and honestly don't see much difference from stock on trails but off trail their great. I wanted more float in the fluffy stuff and since I'm a big guy and the front of these sleds aren't exactly light I figured they were worth a shot. My sled is a 05' Rage and I used the spacers to make the ski stance wider which seems to work well for me. So far I really like them but the lack of snow has made it tough to really give them a work out.

skis
I just put a set on my 03 mountain. It's not the same sled at all. Skis were worth every penny.

Re: skis
I would shim them now. I just did mine but have not had the chance to test them.
