Yamaha oil usage survey

Just got an invitation to fill out this survey on Redline. Was going to copy and paste it here but they dont want it copied and pasted. At the end of the survey they suggested to make sure to change your oil prior to storage. Which is what I have always done doing my oil changes in the spring.
