I bought my first Yamaha in Spring of 2017. I recently had a problem with not producing boost. Dealer discovered the Boost Tube came off. Really? After 450 miles. The second issue is I just noticed that my right side panel is missing the "Winder" sticker. It only has the "Side" sticker.

Just finished doing the break in maintenances. Had to sit back and wonder what engineer thinks it is acceptable to take the entire right side of the sled apart just to dump the chain case oil.

The only Yamaha in these sleds is the engine.

That is what Yamaha has come to

Maybe the Winder sticker blew off with the boost tube. Lol. You kinda bought a Yamaha. What you have is an Artic Cat procross snowmobile, with Yamaha drivetrain. Built and assembled in the Artic Cat plant. Yamaha supplies the engine, clutches, and apparently, some of the stickers.

Engine and clutches not considered drivetrain? Maybe powertrain better describes.

I would consider the drivetrain the chaincase, which certainly is not a quality Yamaha on these.

Yeah, i would agree. Could probably put the drivers, rails, and track in there too. All the stuff that i would want to be Yamaha parts with such a stout engine in front of them. Save for the track
