When i order something from USA, i always ask seller to check the
'' Send as a gift'' option on USPS way bill. It happened sometimes i had to pay fees when package arrived to my door because ''send as a gift'' was not checked on the way bill...

That may work if it's just some guy selling you something, but a business will not do this.
