Yamaheater

Reply sent NLVMAX ;)!

I appreciate that TVBrian, the biggest hassle is customs.
They take forever to process anything.
Beginning to believe they think it is fine wine or cheese, and must be properly aged... lol

Should have a couple brokers set-up soon & have the distributors fully stocked.
That should greatly speed up things to Canada!

Would order same as normal until then, as they aren't stocked yet!

Rockmeister :-o

I know what you mean!! I just watched my Nytro Gauge sit in customs 4 days! CRAZY!

I imagine I will be ordering my "Yamaheater" sometime during this season.

Sorry for OT, but her in Sweden its not uncommon to see things get stuck in customs for 6-10 days! I have even been charged extra fee because they were forced to open the package in order to set the fees... (Numerus items in the same package make the life tough for the customs-in that case its not enough to x-ray, but they have to open it manually-to a fee of ~12$)

Swedish customs can be a real pain-in-the-xxx sometimes.

Is Cool Tobbe...

The thread is kinda about the Customs/Shipping times actually. ;)!
Appreciate your input!

Currently Canadian Customs is taking from 8 to 20 days to process Priority Mail. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :o|

Canadian Customs is running 0-2 days on Express Mail.
(The ONLY difference is money paid for postage. Must be a money thing. Imagine that... lol)
(Even the packaging is exactly the same, just a different color.)

Right now, it is worth it to go Express Mail to Canada, unless you are willing to wait up to almost a month for Customs to finally decide to process your package.
(Express Mail is a pain to process, I wouldn't suggest it, except it helps you.)

Thankfully most Priority Mail to Canada has taken about 2 weeks.
Still a rediculous amount of time IMO, yet much better than near a month.

Hopefully the stock to my Canadian Distributor gets there this week yet.
Once he is stocked, he will be able to ship with-in 24 hours after you place an order with him.
Can even order next day air if you need it once he is stocked.

Don't want to promise too much on this until I know exactly how it will pan out.
Once I know more, will let you guys know right away!

Rockmeister :-o

Need one out west yet & probably another east.

Believe this will eliminate the ridiculous Customs delays we have seen & Canooks will get Warm Hands fast also! ;)!

Let them know how you found about them!

Rockmeister :-o

That sounds about right.
To Canada is $195(US).

How were they when you talked to them SJ?
(Like to get your impression) ;)!

Handwarmers

I think they will do just fine for you, they responded back to my calls/e-mails quickly and seemed helpful you must have giving them a training lesson over the phone did you?

Hahhahahhaaa!

Kinda...

Doug & I conversed quite a bit before we proceeded.
He knows what my concerns are with great customer service.
Both He & Kim has been very responsive with & about customer service.
Think they will do very well for all of us! ;)!

What more could we ask for? LaLaLa

They were good to deal with when I purchased my sled, always had a answer for me, and where always quick to respond.

And considering I bought the sled sigh unseen through email only, never once talked on the phone.... I would say thats pretty good service, since there is bound to be something that gets messed up or dropped when dealing with someone that way.

I talked to doug about a new 09 xtx before i purchased my sled used, very helpful and full of information, not too far away from me either, I guess i will be goin to get yamaheater soon from them as i was just goin to order online, but i hate custom and their slowness from teh usa!

Am VERY glad to hear that guys!
Thanks for letting us know.

Have gotten great feedback about almost all my dealers!
(Wish these guys were closer to me! lol)

Have said it before & will say it again:

We work too hard for our money, & have way too short a season to have to deal with poor customer service.
(Whether from customs or a dealer, doesn't matter.)

Am very happy to help us all enjoy a better season! ;)!

Usps to Canada

When i order something from USA, i always ask seller to check the
'' Send as a gift'' option on USPS way bill. It happened sometimes i had to pay fees when package arrived to my door because ''send as a gift'' was not checked on the way bill...
