Yep, Thundercat has EPS, but that GREY...

Not only do they work really well, they just plain don't wear out IMO. I've seen many TCats with over 5000 miles and the Team clutches were still like new. Spider still tight, rollers like new, weight bushings still like new, etc. Too bad they crack. If it wasn't for that, who knows how long they'd last.
One thing I did notice is the ones I looked at that were crack all had a very tight movable sheave..
I have a new oem here and it's very tight... may take it apart and give the shaft a polish with emery clutch to loosen it up if i don't sell it

My only thought on the Grey is that they are just trying something a little different to see if it works. Its NOT working.. They should get Yamaha to pick their color scheme.
You might want to hold off on that until after the release. I'm not sure if you guys realize this but both Cat and Yamaha have marketing company chose there colors. I have no idea what things will look like for 2022. I think the SRX will be right on par with previous year's but I'm not so sure about the LE and SE we're do for alet down we've had way to many cool sleds the last couple of years.

I am wondering in the US what is a fair shipping and setup. I know it is dependent on distance but in mn or wi we are close. Do people trade in? Are there good dealers people think are fair? I have a 2020 sidewinder ltx gt (red one) with 2600 miles. Thinking of upgrading to a 2022 sidewinder but hate the thought of getting screwed.

I like the retro sticker it looks cool. However, I was hoping the 60th year would be celebrated more. Was even hoping for some leopard seats... Im a sucker for that. I have a feeing that in person this may be much better looking. I too, look better in person.
Your opinion , or others ???

It is only my opinion ... I like leopard print seats. It is also only my opinion I look better in person. Others think I don't look good in either place. Just like in the forums, sometimes it is better not to take any thing too seriously and just have fun.

Just keep adding green until the gray goes away! Or, do a bada$$ wrap like Marc did and call it good!

I saw the Tcat in person and it looked better on the snow than in the pictures. I am sure people don't like the color of the new SRX. I like it since it reminds of the '77 SRX.

Seen in years past you see a pic in a magazine or online and your thinking "UGLY". Your cruising down the trail and the same "ugly" goes buy and your like damn that looks good on the trails!.. Unless were talking about chassis shapes and Donald Duck? o_O

I ordered a new Tcat with EPS. It does look better on the snow. If the clutches don't work out, I will put a TAPP clutch on it. That clutch works well on my 2014 ZR9.

I am actually looking forward to seeing how that new clutch performs. I looks really easy to service and tune. I like how the belts on the Cats are banjo tight.
