Ok guys, know the subject has been beat to a pulp, but I'm on dial up right now, and the yammie shop manual has been "downloading" for 3 hours, my original is full of oil.
So here goes:
TORS is activating. I have plenty of slack. Carb banks are fine etc I know it's the TORS.
How did get something get out of tune/adjustment? Is it the connectino of my throttle cable? I do have a 1" rise, but like I said, it's got slack. Took off all wire ties and such.
I did some powder riding, I've read on here that it could be ice buildup, but is this at the cord or throttle? I don't see ice anywhere to be honest. It's not choked or anything...........
The two cables to run around it are from the base of the carb slide and coming out right when sitting on the sled correct? When I unplug both of these and plug them into each other to tie the loop off the problem still is there at 2900/3000 rpms.
I don't get it.

Had a similar problem once.Ended up being ice under the little plastic washers on the flipper.Drove me nuts for an hour till I thawed out the handle and lubed the pivot part of the flipper.

Yeah, I got a piece of ice in the flipper pivot point and it activated until we found it and blew it out. Check there first.
