Ok got a 136, zx2 put it in step by step, check every thing twice. Dose any one have the rear end in the air? Like the slider and wheels at the back are 1"to 2" of the track when the sled is on the ground. Dose any on eles have this or is ti normal? It is like the front arm is holding it up? Up A rider on the sled and it gose a way? I have no cule if this is right?

My 121" seems to be ok at the back. I had the air pressure reaaly low in the front shocks. When it was really low, the back of my track and skid was off the ground about 1". I pumped up my front shocks to 55 psi and everything sits nice and level now. You might have to shorten the front limiter strap to level yours out.

Do you have any pics of what it looks like?

Also, how much clearance do you have between your lugs and your tunnel protector?

This is normal. I had Alain Boivin install mine a few weeks back. During the lengthy explanation of the suspension, Alain touched upon the reasoning as to why this occurs. Don't ask me to repeat it as I cannot remember at this time. I cannot wait to try this trick set up out! Good luck and be safe. ;)!

Mine was a like that when I had no air in the front shocks. If it levels out when you sit on it, I think it would be fine.

Is that a 121 with an extension thus the ZXTEND?

All of the ZX2's are 121" as a base unit. If you want longer, they send you the extension kit. His is a 136"

They do not make a 136 or 152 "skid" per se. They make a 121 and send you the extension kit.

For the track, not a hole lot. May be mm? Have not got in there to see.
Yes, all the ZX2 come as 121 and than get extension put on.
The only thing that I found was if you want to go back to a 121 from a longer skid, you may not be able to because of a hole you have to drill in the 121 to put the extenion on. The rivts they send are hard as rock. broke 3 rivt guns trying to put it in. Buy a good gun that dose stanless rivts.

Ha !

I only broke one rivet gun.... not joking.

Man those rivets are beastly huh? On my second rivet gun, I cut a 1" piece of PVC about a foot long and slid it over the handle for some extra leverage. That worked pretty good. I was surely going to break my hand if not.

when you say gun i take it you are using the manual one and not a air rivet gun?i cant see them breaking an air rivet..i installed 1 expert-x with a hand tool and bought the air rivet the next day just to save my wrists and arms..lol

i got one from boss tools,i think for 60-70 delivered..its been used many times by me and friends and is worth it..breaks steel rivets like nothing

I picked up one of these hand riveters (similar to the pic below) from Princess Auto for the stainless rivets. I had to use my regular riveter on 2 rivets yesterday and it was nearly impossible to set them.

I can't see how anyone could do with out one and the best thing was, it was on sale for $20 too! ;)!
