yes the compressing was for the front strap. We also lifted the sled to adjust two nuts at the back of the skid! Believe this was for transfer adjustment! After this tweek, the ratcheting was gone. It was after this tweek, and the removal of the pre-filters, that i got my fastest run of 101.8...

We had three big men stand on the back, to adjust limiter strap, would this be tightening, or loosening...definitly felt better with change!

I got 2000km on my original set. They were pretty worn when i serviced the sled in the fall. Switched skis to C&A extreme 7's, with 9inch carbides. the thing corners like its on rails!!!

I love the sound, but the exhaust note does reverbirate, in your head. I found it a little too loud for long trips. The sound really comes alive after 6000RPM..lake runs, sound amazing....

My tuner tells me i will lose some top end, with the new M-10 i recently installed..can someone confirm this. Is there a setting, with this skid, that is more favourable for top-speed runs. I can always reset it for trail/rec running, after the radar-run on sunday! How much speed is lost...
