I agree with 150Fuelie. My Warrior has exceeded all of my expectations especially in the comfort department. When I get off and switch with my son and get back on my SX700 it is like night and day. I could not believe that I used to think that the '97 had some suspension!! As far as the tight...
Great post George!
I wish that I could have experienced it first hand. After talking to to you today I have the itch again. I also have my Warrior at a point that it is the best sled that I have ever owned. After the bench racing and attending Dave Grants turbo seminars lol, I think a...
Better yet go to a Honda lawnmower retail outlet, and get a fuel shutoff valve. $10.00 gets you a coolant shutoff valve for your Yamaha. That is in Canadian dollars. Works great!
Easier yet, I carry a 12mm wrench in my pocket, use it on one of the three nuts on the secondary turn to tighten and push in. You easily move the sheaves open to release the belt. This works for me ,hope it does for you as well.

Sled is gone. Insurance paid me out while I was in the hospital. I think that a local sled salvage yard picked it up. It was really beat though. Even the rear skid was twisted, oil tank was ripped off and the tach was stuck at 11500 rpm. I guess that I was still on the gas in the air.
Well to make a long story short, I was riding along on a posted trail with 3 other riders when a young kid on a SRX came out from an unmarked intersection right into my path. He did not look nor did he stop. I tried to avoid him but there was no other choice except to bail. I did and avoided...
