last night i took off my 08 spindle and measured every hole and angle then compared it to the 09 spindle I got. Every measurment was the same!!???? So I'm going to check the part #'s again when I go back to the dealer. If my new ones are 09's then I will just return them since $ is tight now...

My home computer crashed last week, so all I have is 5 minutes here and there to go on the internet here at work. All my parts for the 09 swap should be in today. I didn't get new tierods though. If I remember correctly the 09 is 1/4'' shorter than the 08. Is this correct? Thank you.

Boy I'd hope for it to be totaled, then I'd buy it back and fix it myself. I'm not concerned with the resale, since when I'm ready for a new sled I'm keepin mine as a spare.

I just paid my bill for the whole '09 front. If you guys are from N.E. PA go to Keystone outdoor in tunkhannock pa. I've delt with every yamaha dealer in the area for sleds,quads,and bikes. They are the best hands down. The a-arms come loaded with new balljoints and bushings already.

I've only seen one. I have it, soon as I get my sled back together I'll get a pic. It comes to the to of the stock windsheild, and wraps around the speedo. It wouldn't look bad with a clear windsheild since there is a Yamaha logo against it, But mine is painted.
