the Cobra is really a 1.25 with "knobs" that make it closer to 1 3/8" but those knobs wear quickly.
The Cobra is leaps and bound better then the Ripsaw (so I hear) but it is NOT a true 1 3/8" track.
What I want to know is how Camoplast could sell the tooling or rights or whatever to...
Well I am a little slow sometimes. . . Scott from OFT and I sent some emails back and forth. Got the bracket installed correctly and everything feels great! routing the cables proved to be more difficult than I anticipated (not just the throttle). I really like the new position of the bars...
Tonight I went to install my OFT relocator and I cannot get the bottom bracket to sit flush. With everything mounted the bottom bracket rubs and obviously the steering is HARD. I have to be doing something wrong but can't figure it out. It seems like I should have been bending the studs w/out...

Loctite and a re-torque. The issue is that from the factory the nut was snugged up to a burr on the frame. Overtime as the burr wears down the nut is no longer tight and could work itself loose. The fix is to verify the burr is removed/gone, add loctite and re-torque to spec. The sled has to...
SJ -
Did you play with your limiter straps at all? Mine are still in the stock position..
All of the suspension set ups in the sticky at the top of the page list pulling the straps up 1-2 holes. My sled transfers weight pretty well, and I am afraid of the even heavier steering trade-off...
Any update SJ - how's the testing going?
I just picked up a set of simmons and am trying to get a good baseline set up for shocks/springs.
My current set up:
1.) stock rubbers mounted in the stock direction
2.) mounted in the rear most hole
3.) front spring and front skid spring...
I spoke to Paul of Sledsolutions today. Expect to see something wednesday of this week. I think it will be worth the wait, all of their stuff is top notch! Just picled up my HMK coat, registration plate, skinz snowmobile cover and polarized 509 lenses. SS is great to deal with!
