I have the stock track cut down to 1.25" which made a big difference in traction. I also have a barkers exhaust, pc3 and ignition module (not installed yet, I'm going to have to figure out how to program the ignition module), and 4 frogskins on the lid of the airbox. I weigh 210 without gear.

I was thinking about changing the stock mtx gears to give me a little more top end. I race the sled in stock 500' drag races on the flat and up hill. I was wondering what else would have to be done to the sled, if anything, and what kind of gains I could expect.

Do you need to use the 9 volt connector when hooking a laptop to the pc3, or can I just power it up on the sled with the laptop?

The Barker's tip can be removed with 3 allen screws and then turned to the side. It still exits out the rear though, the tip is only like a slash cut for auto exhaust. I'm not sure if they offer a turnout, but a custom piece should be somewhat easy to make.

I have a Barker's. I think I might be one of the only people with one on. Ordered it without the quiet core, and it is loud. I love it, but I have not rode on the trails yet. I think with a long ride, I will be ordering the insert! I love the Barker's, looks and sounds great!

So I have had problems with my reverse not responding at all also. It did it a couple of weeks ago, and when I went to ride about a week ago it worked. Yesterday, it worked out of the trailer, then it wouldn't later in the day. Any ideas?

I installed the Barker slip-on this spring. I have not rode it yet, but just loading and unloading it in my truck yesterday, it is a lot louder than stock.

I did have the air box off, and I found my problem! Thank you very much canondale27 and Srxspec. I would have been totally lost if not for you guys. Now just waiting for the snow to make sure this upgrade will pay off! Thanks again.

Ok, thanky you for the illustration and all the help. Now I have the wire connected to the yellow wire on the tps and when I turn the key on I get the error codes 14 and 26. This is getting really frustrating, I hope you guys can help me figure this out, before I really regret this purchase!!
