PC3 help

Does anyone know if you can completely reset a pc3? I uploaded some firmware to mine last night trying to get an ignition module to work. Now my laptop says the pc3 is not connected or responding. The little green light is not on with the 9v connector or the key. The sled won't even start. I have no idea what I did or how to fix it. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, please share. I really hope I didn't just throw away a bunch of money. I think it can all be fixed with software, but then again, I have no idea how these things work, resulting in my current situation!

Yeah, I had to send it in to Dyno-Jet over the summer and they reset it. Just need some time now to clutch then I can ride!
