    07 attak.....cant find a couple noises...anyone else?

Vibrating Speedo here as well, but if we are complaining about a few minor vibrations then we have it pretty good. I noticed it this weekend while riding. On decel at slow speeds, it sounds much worse.

Best carbide set up for dual runner skis?

I'm going to purchase a set of dual runner skis, not sure which ones yet but I'm leaning toward the Pilots. What is the best carbide set up for groomed trails. I'm trying to eliminate darting AND heavy steering. Those are the 2 complaints I have about my ER. The darting isn't so bad with the...

Has Anyone used the Genuine Yamaha Rear View Mirrors?

I was thinking of grabbing a set because I am constantly looking back to make sure my wife is ok. Do they work good? For 90 bucks, I might just try a universal set for 30 unless the Yamaha ones are superior.

Ordered the 6.5 spring, is a revalve a "must do"

I have an 06 Apex ER and I just ordered the fat kid spring. I'm about 250 ready to ride. Do I need to revalve for trail riding or is it only neccesary for real hard riding? Also, is the 6.5 what I want. I thought about the bigger one but that might be too much.

Can we clarify the tunnel issue?

Is it specific to one model of the Apex line or all? Is it a certain year or did thay start reinforcing them halfway through a production year? Is it relative to the rider weight? It seems like these little issues are overwhelming. I never know if they are widespread or just a few...

How do I cure the "Tippiness" in my Apex?

2006 Apex ER This is all good info, thanks. I ride 99% of the time on trail and mostly ITS stuff so I could probably sacrafice some "big bump" absorbsion for the flat cornering

How do I cure the "Tippiness" in my Apex?

I love everything about this sled except the fact that it tips real easy when I ride aggressive in the tight stuff. I have 144 studs and 8 inch carbides, all else is stock. How do I get it to corner flat. I'm missing some confidence the way it corners now. Thanks

    Here's a positive handwarmer post

For those of you who say the update doesn't work any better, double check you install and make sure it was done correctly. I rode mine for the first time this weekend and they got HOT! We rode in single digit temps and I turned them down. Here's the catch, they didn't feel like they worked at...

    Repairing a sunk sled

Run away. Water causes problems that can be impossible to find when you're dealing with the amount of electronics on a new sled. Its not like the old days.....flip....flush....fire it up

Want to upgrade to Apex/Attack Yamaha's financing questions.

stay away from any financing thats not a conventional closed end load. All of these promotions are on the Yamaha credit card. Have you ever put 10 g's on a credit card and paid 89 a month? It will take you 24 years to pay it off. Sounds good up front but without a good exit strategy within 6...
